- 1 tablespoon honey, plus extra for drizzling
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Whip cream cheese: Using a hand or stand mixer, whip softened cream cheese on medium-high for 2–3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
- Add Parmesan & cream: Mix in grated Parmesan and optional heavy cream until fully incorporated.
- Season: Add black pepper and optional sea salt to taste.
- Fold in pecans & honey: Gently fold in chopped candied pecans and 1 tablespoon honey, reserving some pecans for garnish.
- Transfer & garnish: Spoon into serving dish, drizzle with more honey, and top with remaining pecans.
- Serve or chill: Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
