- 10 oz (285g) vegan chocolate chips or chocolate, melted

Instructions
- Crush cookies: Use a food processor to pulse Oreos (with filling) into fine crumbs.
- Mix filling: Add softened vegan cream cheese to crumbs and process until a sticky dough forms.
- Shape truffles: Roll into balls using a tablespoon or cookie scoop. Place on a parchment-lined tray. Chill 30 minutes (or 15 in freezer).
- Melt chocolate: Melt vegan chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip truffles: Coat each ball in chocolate and place back on tray. Add toppings while wet.
- Set and serve: Chill 10–15 minutes until chocolate sets. Serve chilled or at room temp.
