Description
Valentine’s Day Oreo Pops are an adorable no-bake treat made with Double Stuf Oreos, lollipop sticks, and a white chocolate coating topped with festive pink and red sprinkles. Perfect for classroom parties, Valentine’s gifting, and quick holiday dessert trays.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12–15 Double Stuf Oreo cookies
- 12 oz white chocolate (chips, bars, or candy melts)
- 12–15 lollipop sticks
- Valentine’s sprinkles (pink, red, white, heart shapes)
Instructions
- Melt chocolate: Microwave white chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Insert sticks: Carefully twist each Oreo open, press a lollipop stick into the crème, then close the cookie back together.
- Dip: Dip each Oreo pop into melted chocolate, coating both sides. Let excess drip off.
- Decorate: Add sprinkles immediately while chocolate is wet.
- Set: Place on parchment or wax paper and let harden completely.
Notes
- Best cookie choice: Double Stuf Oreos hold the stick better and are less likely to crack.
- Don’t overheat: Melt chocolate slowly to prevent scorching.
- Work fast: Have sprinkles ready—chocolate sets quickly.
- Variations: Try milk chocolate or pink candy melts, or add a contrasting drizzle on top.
- Storage: Store airtight at room temp up to 3 days (chill briefly if chocolate softens).
