Description

Turkey Cranberry Sliders are savory, festive sandwiches that combine tender turkey, sweet cranberry sauce, and melted cheese on a buttery Hawaiian roll. Perfect for holiday gatherings, these sliders are easy to make and will quickly become a family favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (or slider buns)
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or sliced thin
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced (optional)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Optional variations:

  • Cajun seasoning or jalapeños for a spicy twist
  • Cheddar or provolone cheese instead of brie

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected as one piece.
  3. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey. Stir to combine.
  4. Assemble the Sliders: Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish. Layer with turkey, cranberry sauce, and brie (if using). Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the top. Top with the remaining half of the buns.
  5. Brush with Butter: Drizzle melted butter over the top of the buns. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5–10 minutes until the buns are golden and crispy.
  7. Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

  • These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
  • If you prefer a different cheese, try cheddar or provolone.
  • For a spicier version, add Cajun seasoning or fresh jalapeños.
  • Serve with sides like roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
