- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

- Cheddar or provolone cheese instead of brie
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected as one piece.
- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey. Stir to combine.
- Assemble the Sliders: Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish. Layer with turkey, cranberry sauce, and brie (if using). Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the top. Top with the remaining half of the buns.
- Brush with Butter: Drizzle melted butter over the top of the buns. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5–10 minutes until the buns are golden and crispy.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
