- ½ tsp onion powder

- Optional topping: ½ cup breadcrumbs or leftover stuffing

- Chopped cooked bacon
- Leftover cranberry sauce on the side

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine turkey, vegetables, gravy (or soup), half the cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer casserole: Spread the turkey mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Add mashed potatoes: Loosen with milk if needed, then spread evenly over the turkey layer.
- Top with cheese: Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top. Add breadcrumbs or stuffing if using.
- Bake: Bake 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
