Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut (like Coco Lopez)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 cup club soda (chilled)
  • Ice cubes

Optional Garnishes:

  • Lime wedges
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Shredded coconut (to rim glasses)

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Coconut Base
In a pitcher or large shaker, combine coconut milk, cream of coconut, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir or shake until well mixed and smooth.

Step 2: Add Fizz
Gently stir in the club soda — don’t shake, or it’ll foam up!

Step 3: Serve Cold
