Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 teaspoon paprika 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 tablespoons butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 cup heavy cream Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 3. Reduce heat to medium. Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic, and sauté 1 minute. 4. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer another 2–3 minutes to heat through. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
