1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
½ cup (120g) Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 tablespooncream cheese, softened
1 tablespoonmaple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoonvanilla extract
½ teaspoonlemon zest (optional, for cheesecake flavor)
½ cup (75g) diced fresh strawberries
1 tablespoonchia seeds (for extra fiber and thickness)
1 tablespooncrushed graham crackers (for a cheesecake crunch, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Base
In a bowl, combine old-fashioned oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Stir well.
