- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for extra fiber and thickness)
- 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers (for a cheesecake crunch, optional)
Instructions

- Stir in chia seeds for extra thickness.

Step 3: Transfer & Refrigerate

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Stir the oats before eating.
- Top with extra strawberries, crushed graham crackers, or a drizzle of honey for a cheesecake-like experience.
Notes
- Use old-fashioned oats – They absorb the liquid better than quick oats, creating a creamy texture.
- Let it sit overnight – At least 4-6 hours ensures the best consistency.
- For extra protein – Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder or more Greek yogurt.
- Adjust the sweetness – Taste and add more honey/maple syrup if needed.
