  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup (80ml) vegetable oil

  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam or puree (optional for extra flavor)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

Step 2: Mix the Brownie Batter

In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a thick batter forms.

Step 3: Bake the Brownies

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely before frosting.

Step 4: Make the Creamy Frosting

In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, heavy cream (or milk), vanilla extract, and strawberry jam until smooth.

Step 5: Frost & Serve

Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies. Slice into squares and enjoy!
