- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (regular or flaky)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)
- Optional: red pepper flakes, chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or round baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, artichokes, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and gently flatten each piece.
- Spoon a small amount of filling into each dough piece, fold, and pinch to seal.
- Arrange stuffed dough balls evenly in the prepared pan.
- Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle extra Parmesan or red pepper flakes if desired.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden and fully cooked through.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Drain spinach and artichokes thoroughly to prevent sogginess.
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.
- Cover loosely with foil if the top browns too quickly.
- Do not overfill the dough pieces to ensure even baking.
