Description

These Zombie Brain Jello Dessert Boba Jello Shots are the ultimate Halloween treat—creepy, delicious, and unforgettable. With grape jello, white chocolate pudding, and a gooey boba center that looks like “bloody guts,” they’re fun, festive, and perfect for both kids and adults. A spooky, brain-shaped dessert that’s as tasty as it is terrifying!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (3 oz) white chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 box (3 oz) grape jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
  • 1/2 cup strawberry or raspberry bursting boba
  • A few drops red food coloring

Tools: Brain-shaped silicone mold, bowls, whisk, spoon or dropper

Instructions

  1. Make jello base: Dissolve grape jello in 1 cup boiling water, then stir in 1 cup cold water. Let cool 10 minutes.
  2. Add pudding: Whisk in pudding mix until slightly thick. Stir in yogurt, then fold in whipped topping.
  3. Fill molds: Pour mixture into brain molds about 3/4 full. Chill 10–15 minutes to firm slightly.
  4. Add boba filling: Spoon a bit of bursting boba and a drop of red food coloring into each mold for a “bloody” center. Top with remaining jello mixture and smooth.
  5. Chill fully: Refrigerate 4–6 hours or overnight until firm. Unmold carefully and serve cold.

Notes

  • Spray molds lightly with cooking spray for easier release.
  • Chill mixture slightly before adding boba so they don’t sink.
  • Use tonic water instead of cold water for a blacklight “glow.”
  • Keep cold until serving to maintain shape.
  • For kids, replace boba with jam or candy for a safer filling.
