Ingredients
1 lb (450g) ground chicken 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional) 6 small flour or corn tortillas 2 cups (about 60g) chopped romaine lettuce 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup (60g) Caesar dressing Olive oil or cooking spray for the skillet Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix gently. 2. Divide into 6 equal portions and form loose balls. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Place a chicken ball in the skillet and press into a thin patty. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through. Repeat. 4. Toast tortillas lightly in the skillet. 5. Assemble tacos: place a chicken patty on each tortilla, top with romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan. 6. Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
