 - 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
 - 1/2 cup (50g) breadcrumbs
 - 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 tbsp ketchup
 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tsp onion powder
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 
For the Glaze:
- 2 tbsp ketchup
 - 1 tsp brown sugar
 - 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
 
For the Roasted Potatoes:
- 1 1/2 lbs (680g) baby potatoes, halved
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp dried parsley
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Heat to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment or foil.
 - Prepare meatloaf mixture: In a bowl, combine beef, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
 - Shape loaves: Divide mixture into 4 equal mini loaves. Place on one side of the sheet pan.
 - Season potatoes: Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Spread on the other side of the sheet pan.
 - Glaze loaves: Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Brush on top of each mini loaf.
 - Bake: Roast for 25–30 minutes until loaves reach 160°F (71°C) internally and potatoes are golden and tender.
 - Rest and serve: Let meatloaves rest 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with extra glaze if desired.
