- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped

- ½ teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Lightly grease a pie dish or individual ramekins.
Step 2: Cook the Seafood Filling

- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

- Add onions, garlic, celery, and bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

- Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well, cooking for 1 minute.

- Slowly whisk in seafood stock and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.

- Add peas, shrimp, and crab meat, cooking for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turns pink.

- Stir in hot sauce (if using), then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 3: Assemble the Pot Pie

- Pour the seafood filling into the pie dish or ramekins.

- Roll out the puff pastry or pie crust and place it over the filling.

- Press the edges to seal, then cut small slits on top for steam to escape.

- Brush with egg wash for a golden, crispy crust.
