  • 1 cup shredded vegan mozzarella or cheddar
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach

For Brushing (Optional):

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil mixed with a pinch of garlic powder and parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Gradually add warm water and olive oil. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes until doubled in size.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Chop veggies and mix with pizza sauce, spices, and vegan cheese.
  3. Roll and Fill: Roll dough into a rectangle ¼-inch thick. Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese and toppings evenly.
  4. Shape and Slice: Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 10–12 equal pieces. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
  6. Serve: Brush with olive oil and herbs. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce or vegan garlic dip.
