Instructions

Step 1: Cook the ground beef
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Step 2: Combine the mixture
Add sauerkraut, sour cream, cream cheese, smoked paprika, pepper, and salt to the skillet. Stir well and cook until everything is heated through and creamy.

Step 3: Assemble the casserole
Transfer the beef and sauerkraut mixture to a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly over the top.
