Instructions
- Cook the Filling: Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté garlic and ginger for 1–2 minutes. Add cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, and green onions. Cook 6–7 minutes until softened. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Let cool.
- Soften Rice Paper: Dip one sheet of rice paper in warm water for 10 seconds until pliable. Place on a damp surface.
- Wrap Dumplings: Add 2–3 tbsp filling to the center. Fold bottom, then sides, and roll tightly. Double-wrap for extra crispiness.
- Pan-Fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place dumplings seam side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
