Ingredients
2 cups (500g) plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%) 1/3 cup (80g) natural creamy peanut butter 3–4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste) 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/3 cup (50g) dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and sea salt until smooth. 2. Fold in dark chocolate pieces, reserving a few for garnish if desired. 3. Spread mixture evenly into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for 3–4 hours, or until firm. 4. Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping. 5. Serve in bowls, cones, or muffin molds and garnish with extra chocolate or peanuts if desired.
