Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Trim Asparagus: Rinse and cut off tough woody ends.
- Wrap: Slice prosciutto lengthwise and spiral-wrap each spear.
- Season: Arrange on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and add pepper.
- Bake: Roast 10–15 minutes until prosciutto is crisp and asparagus tender.
- Finish: Garnish with lemon zest or Parmesan before serving.
Notes
- Wrap asparagus up to 24 hours ahead for easy entertaining.
- Reheat at 350°F for 5–7 minutes to re-crisp.
- Bacon may be substituted, but will need longer baking time.
