- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional)
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Optional: red pepper flakes or sriracha
Instructions
- Sear Potstickers: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add frozen potstickers in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes until the bottoms are golden.
- Steam: Carefully add 1/4 cup water, cover, and steam for 5 minutes until potstickers are tender. Remove and set aside.
- Cook Vegetables: Add remaining oil to the skillet. Add vegetables and stir-fry over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch slurry if using.
- Combine: Return potstickers to the pan, pour sauce over everything, and toss gently.
- Finish: Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Garnish and serve hot.
