Description
If you love creamy frozen desserts but want something healthier than traditional ice cream, this Peanut Butter Yogurt Ice Cream is your new go-to treat.
Ingredients

							Scale

			- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for creamier texture)
 - ½ cup natural creamy peanut butter
 - ¼ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - Pinch of salt

Optional Add-ins:
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
 - 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed
 - Crushed peanuts or granola
 - Swirl of melted dark chocolate

Instructions
- Mix the base: In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until completely smooth.
 - Optional blending: For a silkier texture, blend the mixture in a high-speed blender or food processor for 30 seconds.
 - Add extras: Stir in chocolate chips, seeds, or other mix-ins if using.
 - Freeze:
- If using an ice cream maker, churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until thick and creamy, then freeze for 1–2 hours.
 - If not using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for 3–4 hours. Stir every 30–60 minutes for the first 2 hours to help prevent iciness.

 - Serve: Scoop and serve once it’s set. Let the container sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to soften before scooping.

Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a richer, smoother texture. Adjust sweetness to taste depending on your yogurt brand and preference. Adding a pinch of salt enhances the peanut butter flavor. Blend well to eliminate any lumps and ensure a smooth freeze. If freezing for more than 24 hours, let it sit out to soften before serving for the perfect scoop.
