Ingredients
For the green beans: 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed 2 tablespoons olive oil ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese Optional garnishes: Lemon wedges Extra Parmesan Chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. 2. In a large bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Spread green beans in a single layer on the baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with Parmesan. 4. Roast for 15–20 minutes, until tender and Parmesan is golden and crisp. 5. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with lemon, extra Parmesan, and parsley if desired. Serve warm.
