Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. If they are thick, consider slicing them in half lengthwise or pounding them to an even thickness to ensure even cooking.

Step 2: Make the Crust Mixture
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. In a separate shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Coat the Chicken
Spread the mayo and Parmesan mixture evenly over each piece of chicken. Then press each coated piece into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure all sides are well covered.

Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with non-stick spray. Cook at 380°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the crust is golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
