Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
- 1 cup (100 g) graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons (25 g) granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons (60 g) unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 12 oz (340 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) orange zest
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) orange juice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
- Orange food coloring (optional)
For the Topping (optional):
- Whipped cream or whipped topping
- Orange zest or sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a standard muffin tin with paper cupcake liners. - Make the Crust
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press about a tablespoon of the mixture into each liner, pressing down firmly. Bake for 5 minutes, then set aside to cool. - Prepare the Filling
Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice, then mix in the egg until fully incorporated. Stir in the sour cream and add a few drops of orange food coloring, if desired. - Fill the Cups
Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crusts, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Tap the pan gently to remove any air bubbles. - Bake the Cheesecakes
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the centers are just set. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. - Chill and Decorate
Chill the mini cheesecakes in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Before serving, top each with a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of orange zest or sprinkles for that extra wow factor.

- Mini cheesecake jars: Spoon the leftover filling into small mason jars with a crushed cookie base.
