- 1 packet (3.4 oz / 96g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp orange extract (or more, to taste)

- 2½ cups crushed vanilla wafers (about 1 standard box)
- 2½ cups white chocolate chips (for coating)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (for smoother coating)
- Optional: Orange zest or sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla pudding mix, powdered sugar, and orange extract. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
- Add color: If desired, mix in a few drops of orange food coloring to enhance that signature “creamsicle” color.
- Stir in wafers: Add crushed vanilla wafers and mix until a soft dough forms. If the mixture feels too sticky, add a little more crushed wafers.
- Roll the truffles: Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill: Freeze for 20–30 minutes to firm up before dipping.
- Prepare the coating: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Dip & decorate: Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate using a fork or toothpick. Let excess drip off, then place back on parchment paper. Add sprinkles or zest if using.
- Set: Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
