Description

No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy, creamy layered dessert made with graham crackers, vanilla pudding, whipped topping, and chocolate frosting. A no-bake classic that tastes just like a chilled eclair, perfect for potlucks, holidays, or easy weeknight sweets.

    • 3 cups cold milk
    • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
    • 1 (16-ounce) package graham crackers
    • 1 (16-ounce) can chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk instant vanilla pudding with cold milk until smooth and thick (about 2 minutes).
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until completely combined and creamy.
  3. Layer graham crackers across the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish, breaking as needed to fit.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers and smooth it out.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers, then spread the remaining pudding mixture over it.
  6. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  7. Microwave the chocolate frosting for 10–15 seconds to soften, stir, then spread evenly over the top graham cracker layer.
  8. Cover the dish with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
