  • ½ cup (120g) Biscoff cookie butter
  • 4 oz (113g) cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz (285g) white or dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • Crushed cookies or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine cookie crumbs, cream cheese, and Biscoff spread. Mix into dough.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.
  3. Chill for 30–45 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Dip truffles in chocolate and return to tray.
  6. Garnish immediately with sprinkles or crumbs.
  7. Chill until set and serve.
