Instructions
- Combine cookie crumbs, cream cheese, and Biscoff spread. Mix into dough.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.
- Chill for 30–45 minutes.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip truffles in chocolate and return to tray.
- Garnish immediately with sprinkles or crumbs.
- Chill until set and serve.
