Description
Ninja Creami Dole Whip Ice Cream is a creamy, tropical frozen treat made with frozen pineapple, coconut milk, and vanilla. Inspired by the iconic Disney dessert, this healthy, dairy-free recipe is quick, easy, and customizable with protein, yogurt, or added toppings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1½ cups frozen pineapple chunks (unsweetened)
- ¾ cup canned coconut milk (full fat or light)
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Juice of half a lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
- Optional: ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
- Optional: 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, coconut milk, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and optional sweetener or protein powder. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it stays below the max fill line. Freeze upright for at least 24 hours.
- Install the frozen container in the Ninja Creami. Select “Lite Ice Cream” or “Sorbet” mode depending on your model.
- If crumbly, add a splash of coconut milk and run “Re-Spin” for a creamier texture.
- Serve immediately in bowls or cones. Enjoy your homemade Dole Whip!
Notes
- Use ripe frozen pineapple for natural sweetness and better texture.
- Be sure to freeze for a full 24 hours before spinning in Ninja Creami.
- Re-spin with a splash of liquid if needed for smooth consistency.
- For extra flavor, add shredded coconut or a pinch of lime zest.
