- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch round baking dish.
- Prepare Cranberry Layer: Spread halved cranberries and chopped walnuts evenly in the dish.
- Mix Batter: In a bowl, whisk eggs with sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and almond extract. Add flour and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour & Bake: Pour batter over cranberry mixture and spread to edges. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve: Cool at least 15 minutes. Serve warm, room temp, or chilled.
