- 1 (0.7 oz) packet Italian dressing seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup beef broth (low sodium preferred)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Chuck Roast: Pat beef dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Optional: sear in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side to lock in flavor.
