  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup beef broth (low sodium preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
