Instructions

Step 1: Bake the Potatoes

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Scrub the russet potatoes, then pat dry.
  3. Rub with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, then place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the inside is fork-tender.

Step 2: Cook the Hashbrowns
