- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1½ tablespoons lemon zest
- 1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1½ teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- Red pepper flakes
- Dijon mustard
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon in a dish and coat with marinade. Marinate 20–30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil grates.
- Grill salmon skin-side down for 4–6 minutes.
- Flip carefully and grill another 3–4 minutes until opaque and flaky.
- Remove from grill, garnish with lemon slices, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not marinate longer than 1 hour to avoid breaking down the fish.
- Leave skin on for easier grilling and moisture retention.
- Use a grill basket or foil if your fillets are very delicate.
