- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 2 ounces canned diced jalapeño peppers, drained
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional topping:
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Oven Method: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, chilies, jalapeños, Parmesan, and cheddar. Spread in baking dish. Mix panko, Parmesan, and butter, then sprinkle on top. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Crockpot Method: Mix dip ingredients (without topping) and place in a small slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours until hot and creamy. For a crunchy topping, transfer to an oven-safe dish, add topping, and broil 2–3 minutes.
