Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and all the spices until smooth. Add the chicken thighs, ensuring theyβre fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight. The longer it marinates, the more flavorful it becomes.
