Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk honey, lime juice and zest, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

- Make the Avocado Rice: In a bowl, mash avocado with lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Gently fold in warm cooked rice until creamy and evenly mixed.
- Assemble the Stack: Using a ring mold or ramekin, layer avocado rice at the bottom, then top with sliced chicken. Garnish with cilantro, lime zest, and chili flakes. Carefully remove mold and serve immediately.
