  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the BBQ Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Prepare the meat mixture: In a bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
