  • 1 tablespoon Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or mini muffin pan, or use parchment liners.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flour, baking powder, and protein powder. Stir to combine.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Add the eggs, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until everything is well incorporated. The dough should be thick but easy to stir.
  4. Scoop and Bake: Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full. Sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.
  5. Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
