- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup vodka (or alcohol of choice)
- Optional garnish: whipped cream, edible glitter, sprinkles, or mini candy hearts
Instructions
- Boil Water: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Dissolve Gelatin: In a mixing bowl, whisk gelatin with boiling water for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Add Liquids: Stir in cold water and vodka until well combined.
- Fill Molds: Carefully pour mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until fully set.
- Serve: Gently remove from molds, garnish if desired, and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easiest removal.
- Do not exceed 1/2 cup alcohol per gelatin box or shots may not set.
- Chill overnight for the cleanest shapes.
- For alcohol-free shots, replace vodka with fruit juice or soda.
- Store covered in the fridge for up to 7 days.
