Description
These Halloween Chicken Parm Sliders are cheesy, saucy, and perfectly bite-sized — the ultimate spooky night snack! Everything you love about chicken parmesan, served on warm slider rolls with a festive touch, ideal for Halloween parties, movie nights, or kid-friendly dinners.
Ingredients
12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls recommended) 12 breaded chicken tenders (cooked, homemade or frozen) 1½ cups marinara sauce 12 slices mozzarella cheese ½ cup grated parmesan cheese 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice slider rolls in half horizontally without separating individual rolls. Place bottoms in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. 2. Place a cooked chicken tender on each roll bottom. Spoon marinara sauce over each tender, then top with a slice of mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan. 3. Place roll tops back on. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over roll tops. 4. Cover dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes, until golden and melty. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
Notes
• Use high-quality marinara for the best flavor. • Don’t overdo the sauce — a little goes a long way to keep sliders from getting soggy. • Add Halloween-themed toothpicks for a festive touch. • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2 days and reheated in the oven.
