Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a 9×13-inch tray with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate & butter: In a bowl, melt butter and chocolate together until smooth. Cool slightly.
- Mix eggs & sugar: Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add vanilla.
- Combine: Stir in melted chocolate mixture.
- Fold dry ingredients: Sift flour, cocoa, and salt into the bowl. Fold gently until just combined.
- Bake: Pour into prepared tray and bake 25–30 minutes, until center is just set. Cool completely.
- Decorate: Add candy eyes, pipe ghost shapes with icing, sprinkle crushed cookies, and finish with Halloween sprinkles.
- Serve: Slice into squares or spooky shapes. Enjoy your fright-night treat!
