  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings:

  • Diced cucumber
  • Shredded carrots
  • Avocado slices
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh cilantro or lime wedges

Instructions

  3. Season: Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, until no longer pink. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Cook 2 more minutes.
  4. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt or mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and salt.
  5. Assemble: Divide rice into bowls. Top with turkey, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and add desired toppings.
  6. Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, or lime and enjoy.
