Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
