  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon or chicken bacon
  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry and pound to even thickness if needed.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture on both sides of each chicken breast.
