  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 avocado, diced

Dairy-Free Burger Sauce

  • ¼ cup dairy-free mayonnaise (avocado mayo recommended)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Cook beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess grease if needed.
  2. Season: Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and mustard. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Make sauce: In a small bowl, mix dairy-free mayo, ketchup, and pickle juice until smooth.
