- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Step 1: Activate the Yeast
- In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Step 2: Make the Dough
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, garlic powder, rosemary, and black pepper.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover with a clean towel and let rise for 45-60 minutes, until doubled in size.
Step 3: Prepare the Muffins
- Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- Divide the dough evenly into 6-8 muffin cups.
- Use your fingers to press small dimples into the tops.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with flaky salt and Parmesan cheese.
Step 4: Bake & Serve
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then enjoy warm with extra olive oil or butter.
