Description

This Garlic Butter Corn with Melty Cheese elevates classic corn on the cob with rich garlic butter and gooey melted cheese — the ultimate side dish for BBQs, Easter, or any festive meal.

Ingredients

Scale

4 ears fresh corn on the cob, husked and cleaned 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional) 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (optional, for garnish) Lime wedges (optional, for serving)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook corn for 5–7 minutes, then drain and pat dry. Alternatively, grill over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. 2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. 3. Brush garlic butter generously over each ear of corn. 4. Place buttered corn on a foil-lined baking sheet or grill. Sprinkle with Parmesan and top with mozzarella. 5. Broil or grill for 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. 6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with lime wedges.

Notes

• Grill corn for extra smoky flavor before adding cheese. • Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting. • Don’t overcook corn — keep it tender. • Serve immediately for the best gooey texture.
