Baked until golden, they’re crisp on the outside, gooey on the inside, and perfect for weeknight dinners, parties, or game-day snacking.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound (450g) ground beef
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled or chopped
- 1 cup (120g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (8 count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Brown the ground beef, drain excess fat, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
- Prep the Dough: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Assemble: Spoon beef mixture onto each triangle. Top with bacon and cheddar cheese. Roll from wide end to tip, tucking sides in.
- Brush with Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush over rollups generously.
- Bake: Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Avoid overfilling dough to prevent bursting.
- Seal edges tightly to hold filling inside.
- Always use cooked bacon—raw bacon will make the rollups soggy.
- Don’t skip the garlic butter—it ensures a golden, flavorful crust.
- For crispier reheats, use the oven instead of the microwave.
