  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes (around 34 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • Diced cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Wash and chop the tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, garlic, and cilantro. Remove jalapeño seeds for less heat.
  2. Mix Base: In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, garlic, and cilantro.
