  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

In a separate bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smooth. Slowly pour the batter over the chicken mixture, making sure not to stir.

Step 4: Add the Butter and Bake

Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the biscuit layer is golden brown and cooked through.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!

Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving. Scoop and enjoy this Red Lobster Chicken Cobbler with a side salad or roasted veggies!

Notes

Don’t Stir the Layers – Let the layers naturally bake into a cobbler-like consistency.
Use Rotisserie Chicken – A quick and flavorful alternative to canned chicken.
