- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For the Biscuit Topping:
- 1 ½ cups Bisquick or Red Lobster biscuit mix
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Pour this mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smooth. Slowly pour the batter over the chicken mixture, making sure not to stir.
Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the biscuit layer is golden brown and cooked through.
