12 oz (340g) penne or rigatoni pasta 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish) Optional additions: 1–2 cups steamed broccoli or spinach Red pepper flakes, to taste Whole-wheat pasta for a healthier twist


Instructions

1. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until just al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. If chicken isn’t already cooked, season and sauté or roast it until fully cooked, then cut into bite-sized pieces. 3. In a bowl or saucepan, mix Alfredo sauce with garlic powder and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste. 4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. 5. In a large bowl, toss pasta, chicken, and Alfredo sauce until coated. Transfer to baking dish. 6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top. 7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden. 8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
